You can track your order by logging into your account and going to "My Orders". Each order has a tracking link that shows real-time delivery status. You'll also receive SMS/email updates at every stage.

We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery for defective or incorrect items. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
